Brad Johnson

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Brad Johnson has nearly thirty five years of operational and executive experience in the telecommunications industry, and has one of the broadest and deepest views of the sector, encompassing an extensive body of work across Africa, Europe, South America and the US.

His ability to establish sound and long standing business relationships, grow multiple organisations, and his passion and drive in the telecommunications sector has made him a well known industry leader.

Through his several years experience on senior executive, and senior consultant level, Brad has obtained strong competences within technologies like UMTS, LTE, WiMAX, IoS,  TETRA and Military Communication.

Brad oversees and drives strategic objectives of the whole Mappiah Group.

    Maria Hoffman

    Chief Financial Officer

    Maria has several years of experience in financial management and accounting for European Union projects – the last couple of years in the telecoms/IT/Software industries.

    Maria’s primary area of responsibility is to ensure the translation of strategy into profitability through the Group’s business development and operational arms. Maria’s role continues to focus on building financial strength and ensuring delivery on various growth opportunities.
    This extends into risk management, the assessment of expansion strategies and proactive financial cost control across the Group’s operations.

      Michael Yaw Appiah

      Chief Operations Officer

      Michael is effectively the Group’s executive in charge of delivery of all projects and has been instrumental in establishing the Mappiah Group. For more than 10+ years, Michael have worked with numerous clients on projects involving mobile communications, and cloud computing. Clients include cellular carriers, communications firms, software companies, network hardware companies, media companies, research organizations and universities.
      He also lectures on seminars, leads standards efforts, and writes articles on wireless communications technologies.

      Michael has held key positions in management, account/business development and Telecom Technologist at a number of Telecom Service Providers in Europe, Asia and Africa including implementation of medium to large scale projects in South/Latin America.

      His responsibilities at Mappiah includes setting strategic objectives for each area of the business, establishing and maintaining organisation wide direction and overseeing and monitoring all of Mappiah’s Groups activities.
